Membership and Qualifications Committee

Description:

To perform the functions as indicated in the by-laws as related to approving producer membership and arbitrating differences between producers and the cooperative. It shall further be the responsibility of the Committee to advise management and the Board of Directors of activities and programs, which will strengthen the membership relations with the cooperative. This should include member and delegate communications and meetings, and any other area which is appropriate to accomplish the above objectives.
