To develop a quality awareness attitude throughout the entire organization by working with management and the Board of Directors in the establishment of cooperative standards and goals to ensure the production, processing, and distribution of the highest quality dairy products. Further, the Committee shall develop programs to communicate the quality awareness philosophy to the entire organization. The Committee shall address specific quality problems as they arise and recommend solutions and/or policies to quality problem resolution.
