We wanted to write you to acknowledge the multiple machine downtimes we have had in the last couple of weeks. As one of our partners we value your relationship and quality of results. We acknowledge that the machines have had more downtimes lately than normal and are working diligently to ensure that the machines are back up and running. Our top priority on top of your turnaround time is to make sure we are providing you with the highest quality standards.
Unfortunately, our machines sometimes will go down due to parts being ordered but we try our best to minimize the chances of this. We have scheduled for our service team to come out and look at the machines for the second week of December to ensure everything is up to par.
We understand that downtimes on the machines causes hardship for your operations. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances as we work to make sure the machines are operating appropriately. If you have any questions please let us know and we will be more than willing to answer them.
