Dairy Farm Improvement & Modernization Grant

*Open Now!* Projects funded through this program will help improve dairy farm operations and support long-term farm viability.

Grant projects may involve piloting new technologies, upgrading outdated equipment, or continuous improvement initiatives. Focus areas include feed management, animal health, milking systems, labor efficiency, and farm transition. The program is open to dairy farms, farm groups partnering with technical assistance providers, producer associations, and milk buyers. Projects that engage service providers or business planners will be more competitive.

Awards will range from $15,000 to $100,000 and require a 25% in-kind or cash match. Approximately $750,000 in total funds are available this round. Applications are open now through December 4, 2025 at 2 PM ET. Click the link below for more information.
