Round 2 of the Dairy Modernization Grant Now Open!

New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets is pleased to share the opening of the second round of the Dairy Modernization Grant Program. This $8.5 million Dairy Modernization Grant Program will help New York dairy farmers and cooperatives expand on-farm milk storage capacity and support projects that will improve the transportation and storage of milk.

Grant awards will range from $50,000 - $250,000. Applications are open today through October 28, 2026. The program is administered by the Farm and Food Growth Fund; full details regarding the program are available HERE.
