Re: Producer Contract Updates

Dear Member,

In accordance with Article V, Section 16 of the By-laws, the Board of Directors is responsible for prescribing the form of the member contract.  The Board recently approved an updated Member Contract.  This was subsequently ratified by the Delegate Body at their meeting on September 4, 2025.

For consistency purposes and to replace some older versions currently in circulation, this updated Contract will necessitate an update to all member contracts.

Members will be notified and contacted near the anniversary date of their existing contract to execute the updated form.  The new form may be signed electronically, and members who have indicated their preference for electronic correspondence will be provided with the opportunity to execute the contract electronically.  Additional information and instructions will be provided when your member contract is due for renewal.

We appreciate your cooperation as we implement these updates.  A copy of the revised producer agreement template is available in the Milk Moovement portal or upon written request.
