New this year for 2025 and going forward each year we are requesting that ALL members complete the an Environmental Assessment Packet. In the past we have asked similar questions at your FARM Program Animal Care evaluation, we have now separated it off into its own informational packet.

The information collected remains confidential to the farm and is only reviewed by UNC field staff. Each farm’s information is entered into the evaluation portal to determine individual emissions that will then be combined with all other producer’s information to determine UNC’s total emissions.

The information provided will allow UNC to accurately represent and answer customers' questions while maintaining and growing market access for our products.

All packets are expected to be completed and returned by April 1^st, 2025 at the latest. To return completed paperwork you can email them to Nicholas Brown or give to your area manager to turn in. If you are unable to print or access the attachment, please reach out and we will provide you with a printed copy. Once submitted, Nicholas will be conducting a follow up with you to review results and information.
