The letter below was sent by U.S. mail to all members on 1/24/25 (pages 1-5). The purpose of this mailing is to notify each member that amendments to the By-Laws of Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. will be considered by the Delegates at their upcoming meeting on February 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Corporate Office in Lancaster. Please be advised, there was a typo in the mailed copy of Amendments B & C. A complete set of proposed (redlined) By-Law changes has been included starting on page 6.
