As we move into the changing of weather where heat stress can impact health and production, here are some reminders for preventing lameness as part of a comprehensive herd health plan. We would like to also introduce Caitlin Cramer to the field staff team heading up Worker and Animal Care. She speaks fluent Spanish and has enjoyed working with producers to find labor solutions in her previous experiences and hopes to help and assist our member farms as well.
