Welcome to 2026!

This year seems to be off to a cold and snowy start. Hope everyone is weathering the cold temps as best they can.

Last year we started doing a monthly one pager training topic feature and hope to continue that again throughout this year. This month we are featuring animal handling and a reminder to have all family and non-family employees sign a See It Stop It cow care agreement. We also encourage you to have your breeders, veterinarians, hoof trimmers and nutritionists sign the See It Stop It form as well. In years past we encouraged photo policies on the farm as best practice and to make you and employees aware of digital content. We are bringing the photo policy back, this not required, but suggested for farms with employees to have the conversation at least.

If you have any suggestions for future training topics, please let us know and we are happy to help give you the right resources.

You should have also received, via, EBLAST in December, Member Center website or your Area Manager, a BLUE Packet of 2026 Annual Forms to Complete throughout the year. Within the packet is all the required paperwork to document training and veterinary signatures to be completed. If you have any questions or did not receive a packet yet, please reach out. We are requiring all paperwork be current at time of evaluation.
