Program Details:

Duration: 36 months

Structure: Customized training plan +Paid on the job training+ Classroom Instruction.

Certifications: New York State DOL Apprenticeship Certificate+Potential for college credit, OSHA 10, Agriculture, Pro Dairy Certifications, Ag Supervisory Leadership,

Benefits: Employee training, credentials, and career pathways. Increased employee retention, customized training plan, most trainings are FREE to the participants thanks to NYS Apprenticeship funding, farms receive a small tax incentive

The first apprenticeship training cohort starts JULY 2025. This is a 3 year training program.
